Roman shoppers plan to wear 'sparkly' £38 jumper over the Christmas period

Christmas sparkle isn't just reserved for tree decorations, adding some festive cheer to an outfit is perfect for a bit of dopamine dressing. A sparkly jumper from Roman has been described as the perfect, festive pick by shoppers.

The Black Sparkly Sprinkle Knit Jumper is £38 and comes in sizes 10 through to 20. It is a knit with an edge, with colourful sequins dotted around the neck and chest area, and cascading off the shoulders, all offset against the black background. The back isn't embellished, balancing out the sparkle element.

It has a crew neckline and long sleeves, and is also machine washable. The ribbed hem and cuffs give it a slightly more formal feel, so it's perfect for going from day to night.

Shoppers can wear it with tailored trousers, or pair it with a skirt and boots too. For a weekend look with a bit of an edge, wear it with some jeans and trainers.

In keeping with festive fashion, Next has plenty of options for sparkle lovers. The retailer's Love & Roses Ivory Gold Sequin Embellished Slash Neck Knitted Jumper costs £42, and also comes in purple. It has a band of sequins running along the neck and off the shoulder area, and is a relaxed fit.

Elsewhere, New Look has the Black Sequin Yarn Crew Neck Jumper for £29.99. It also comes in mink and dark red, in sizes small through to large. It has sequins throughout and is a midweight knit, described as a relaxed fit.

Roman shoppers have left their feedback on the Sparkly Sprinkle Knit Jumper, and one review reads: "Bought for Christmas, tried on and can't wait to wear it over the festive season. Very pleased with my purchase, arrived quickly and well packaged." Another person said: "Love this. Warm, light to wear and sparkly! It's my new favourite jumper."

With only a few reviews on Roman, shoppers also left feedback on Trustpilot about the brand in general. One customer said of a jumper they bought: "The jumper was exactly as described and love the details on it. Despatch was quick and prompt."

Other customers who bought jumpers left some notes too, with one saying of their purchase: "A lovely jumper. I liked the colours and style. But sadly even after getting an exchange, for a smaller size, I had to get a refund as I found the style of the jumper to be still too big."

While another said: "Warm and cosy petite jumper. A little longer in the body than I would have liked."
