Mike Tyson's son, Amir, has rubbished claims that Gervonta Davis will pocket more than £148million for his forthcoming bout with Jake Paul. Davis and ex-YouTube star Paul are set to clash on November 14 in Atlanta, Georgia.
Nevertheless, owing to their weight disparities, the contest will be marketed as an exhibition encounter. The fresh date also follows the collapse of earlier arrangements for a fightbetween the duo.
The showdown represents Paul's second outing since his notorious encounter with Tyson last November, with the 28-year-old defeating Julio Cesar Chaavez Jr in June.

Tyson's loss to Paul attracted more than 108 million viewers worldwide as it was broadcast live on Netflix. Tyson allegedly banked just shy of £15m for the contest, while Paul was rumoured to have departed with £29.5m.
Yet speculation is rife that Davis and Paul are poised to eclipse that figure by a considerable margin, with one report claiming that Davis would collect a "guaranteed" £110-£148m for the clash with Paul.
However, Amir swiftly dismissed the figures being bandied about, posting on his Instagram story: "Y'all believe anything smfh (shaking my f*****g head) lol."

Baltimore-born Davis is well-versed in high-profile boxing encounters and substantial pay packets. He allegedly earned over £30m for his blockbuster clash with rival Ryan Garcia and £7.3m for his bout with Frank Martin.
Tyson's massive earnings from the Paul bout were sufficient to fund a considerable shopping expedition, with the 59-year-old snapping up an expansive estate in South Florida for £9.6m
According to the Palm Beach Post, Tyson's 2.7-acre mansion is among just 78 properties within the exclusive Tierra del Rey Estates district of Delray Beach. The property also boasts access to a private lake.
Tyson will now be targeting another substantial windfallfollowing recent confirmation that he'll be fighting Floyd Mayweather Jr. next spring. While the prize money remains undecided, Tyson has already fanned the flames by previously labelling his opponent "delusional."
Discussing the forthcoming clash, the ex-world heavyweight champion said: "I still can't believe Floyd wants to really do this. It's going to be detrimental to his health, but he wants to do it, so it's signed and it's happening."
Meanwhile, Mayweather stands ready to elevate his wealth to unprecedented heights. The 48-year-old has already accumulated £880m throughout his boxing career.
During his prime, Mayweather pocketed approximately £133m for his 2015 victory over Manny Pacquiao, the largest payday of his professional journey. Nevertheless, whether that amount will be surpassed or even equalled for his confrontation with 'Iron Mike' remains to be seen.
