Police have launched an investigation after two people were found dead at a home.
The man and woman were discovered at the property in Camelford, Cornwall, at around 10pm on Wednesday. Emergency services were called to the property following a concern for the welfare of two people.
A man in his 70s and a woman in her 60s suffered serious injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene. They were known to each other, and their next of kin have been informed. Devon and Cornwall Police said they have launched an investigation to establish the full circumstances of both deaths.

As reported by Cornwall Live, Detective Inspector Peter Gee said:"We are supporting the next of kin of the people who have died in this very sad incident. Officers are carrying out enquiries to establish exactly what has happened, but we are not seeking anyone else in relation to this matter.
"A cordon remains in place at the address while officers continue with their enquiries and a thorough examination of the scene is conducted. There will be a heightened police presence in the area, and we encourage anyone with concerns to speak with officers."
A spokesperson for the force said: "Detectives have launched an investigation into the deaths of a man and a woman at an address in Camelford. Emergency services were called to a property in Treclago View at around 10pm on Wednesday, September 24, following a concern for the welfare of the two people.
"A man in his 70s and a woman 1in her 60s had sustained serious injuries and were pronounced deceased at the scene. They were known to each other and their next of kin have been informed.
