It helps in increasing immunity and giving energy to the body. But fruits contain more natural sugar (fructose). While making juice, the fiber in it gets reduced, due to which the blood sugar level can increase quickly. Diabetes patients should eat it in limited quantities and without adding sugar.
Vegetable juice
The doctor said that vegetable juice contains fewer calories and sugar. It contains vitamins, minerals, fiber, and chlorophyll in abundance. It helps in reducing weight and detoxifying the body. Some vegetables like spinach, beetroot, and tomato may contain more oxalate, which can be harmful for kidney stone patients. Always use fresh fruits and vegetables while making juice. Vegetables should be cleaned thoroughly with water first. So that the dust and pesticides present on it are removed.

What is better for you?
Drinking fruit juice is good for instant energy. But sugar patients should avoid drinking it, and it would be better to drink it without sugar. On the other hand, it is advisable to drink vegetable juice to control weight and sugar. Some vegetable juices like bitter gourd and amla can also help in controlling sugar and some cholesterol.
