From the same society. It’s not about who is corrupt and who is not, the point is they are one of us. So we are corrupt,” said Devgn. He explained that corruption often emerges in some areas more than others, depending on the nature of the institution and its officials. “When corruption creeps into a society, there are different places where it thrives, and in others, it may not. Some people are good, while others are bad. Just like society, these departments reflect the same dynamics, because they are one of us and we are one of them,” Devgn stated.
