New Delhi: Wayand MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Tuesday visited the recently inaugurated Delhi office of the Indian Union Muslim League (IUML), an important ally of the Congress-led United Democratic Front in Kerala. The IUML also commands major electoral influence in Wayanad.
Vadra's visit to the new IUML office in Delhi, which is now the party's national office, came after she failed to turn up at its inauguration function about a fortnight back, citing indisposition. Vadra, accompanied by a couple of Congress MPs from Kerala, spent some time with the senior IUML leaders who were at their new office. Sources said it was a courtesy visit by Vadra and her colleagues.
