UP Police: UP Police Computer Operator Recruitment Exam next month, one chance to improve OTR..

UP Police: There is an important update regarding the Computer Operator Recruitment 2023 exam of Uttar Pradesh Police. The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board can conduct this recruitment examination next month. Applications have been invited for 930 vacant posts of Computer Operator. Apart from this, the recruitment process is also going on for 921 posts of Sub Inspector (Confidential), ASI (Clerk), and ASI (Accounts).

After this, there will be an examination for recruitment to 4,534 posts of Sub Inspector in UP Police. More than six lakh applications have been received so far. The last date for the application is 11 September. It is estimated that the number of applications will increase in the last week. A total of more than 20 lakh forms are expected to be filled.

According to the information, the SI recruitment exam can be conducted in November.

Opportunity to amend one-time registration
The UP Police Recruitment Board has made one-time registration mandatory for recruitment to police posts. So far, more than nine lakh candidates have done one-time registration. Various candidates had demanded an opportunity to modify the details filled in the OTR. After this, the board has decided that every candidate can modify the details filled in OTR once. This facility has been made available on the website of the recruitment board.

How can you modify OTR details?

UPPBPB has said that one has to visit the official website uppbpb.gov.in/.

Hereby going to apply.upprpb.in, one has to log in to their OTR account through registered account credentials, Aadhaar ID or DigiLocker.

Now one can modify his details by going to the Modify OTR Details tab/section given in it.
