On Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi disbursed the 20th installment of PM Kisan, transferring ₹20,500 crore directly to the bank accounts of over 9.7 crore farmers. Eligible beneficiaries received ₹2,000 under the central scheme. However, farmers in Andhra Pradesh got a bonus ₹5,000 as part of a state initiative, making their total benefit ₹7,000.

The Annadata Sukhibhava-PM Kisan scheme, recently launched by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, promises to provide ₹20,000 per year to eligible farmers. Incomplete e-KYC: Ensure your e-KYC process is completed. Incomplete KYC can halt payments.

Land Record Verification Pending: If your land records are not verified, the payment may be delayed.

Incorrect Application Details: Errors in your application form, such as mismatched names or account details, can result in payment issues.

What to Do if Payment is Delayed?

• Call the PM Kisan Helpdesk at 1800-180-1551 (Toll-Free) to check your payment status.

• Visit the official PM-Kisan website (pmkisan.gov.in).

  • Go to Farmer Corner > Beneficiary Status.

  • Enter your Aadhaar Number, Mobile Number, or Bank Account Number.

  • Check the status for fields like e-KYC, Land Seeding, and Aadhaar-Bank Seeding. If any of these show ‘No’, you’ll need to rectify them to receive your installment.
